Deliveries & Returns

Delivery method and fees (within Finland)

We use Posti’s OmaPosti Pro service for all of our shipments.

  • Standard shipping is 8,90 € for all orders
  • Orders of 120 € or more get free shipping
  • Store pickup is free (Kristiinankatu 5, Turku)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email from us when the parcel has been shipped. We will also notify you of any delays by e-mail. Once the package has been delivered, you will receive an arrival notification by text message, e-mail, or letter.

Return and exchange of products

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, you can return it to us no later than 14 days after receiving the shipment. Please notify us of the return by email at contact@manakin.fi.

We will refund your order using the same payment method that you used when paying in the online shop. However, the customer is always responsible for the costs of the return shipment, which we deduct from the refunded amount.

For unclaimed orders, we also charge a return fee of 8,90 €.

Please note that the right of return only applies to unused and fully saleable products in their original packaging. Price tags and other product labels must also be in place.

For hygiene reasons, we do not issue refunds for underwear or swimwear.

If you want to exchange a product for another product, you can return it to Manakin and place a new order in our www.manakin.fi webshop. Exchanged products must also be returned in unused condition in the original packaging.

You can also return your online order to our store in Turku.

In case of other problems or complaints

If the parcel has been lost or damaged during transport, or if the wrong product has been delivered, please contact us immediately at contact@manakin.fi.

Notification of an incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Depending on the payment method that you select, we use either Shopify Payments (www.shopify.com) or Paytrail (www.paytrail.com) to process your online payment.

Shopify Payments

We use Shopify Payments to process card payments and express checkout options including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Paytrail

We use Paytrail to process bank payments, mobile payments including MobilePay, Pivo, and Siirto, and invoicing/installment methods.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment system that allows you to send and receive money around the world. When you choose PayPal as the payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your order. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in and confirm the payment, otherwise you can create a PayPal account to complete your order.
